COD Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before placing a Cash on Delivery order with MNM Production.

All customers are hereby notified that the following terms and conditions apply to every Cash on Delivery (COD) order placed through MNM Production. By placing a COD order, you agree to these terms in full.

Package Inspection Policy

As per standard COD procedures, the courier company will not allow you to open or inspect the package before making the payment. This is a nationwide courier policy that applies to all COD shipments across Pakistan, and MNM Production has no control over this rule.

We ensure that every order is thoroughly quality-checked, securely packed, and accurately labeled before it leaves our warehouse in Faisalabad. Each parcel contains exactly the women's suits you ordered, in the correct quantities and designs as confirmed.

Return After COD Delivery

If you wish to return or exchange the package after receiving it via COD, you must follow these steps in order:

Step 1:

Pay the full amount to the courier rider and acknowledge the delivery.

Step 2:

Immediately contact MNM Production via WhatsApp at +92 333 6676026 and notify us about your return or exchange request. Include your order number and photos of the received items.

Step 3:

Ship the package back to our warehouse. The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

Step 4:

Once we receive and verify the returned items, we will process your exchange or refund within 3–5 business days.

Advance Payment Requirement

For COD orders where the total order value exceeds PKR 10,000, the customer is required to pay a partial advance amount of PKR 1,000 at the time of placing the order. The remaining balance will be collected by the courier at the time of delivery.

Why advance payment? This policy helps us prevent fake or fraudulent orders and ensures that genuine customers receive their orders without unnecessary delays. It also allows us to reserve your stock immediately so your preferred women's suits are not sold out.

Order Confirmation & Verification

After placing a COD order, our team will contact you via WhatsApp or phone call to confirm your order details, shipping address, and the exact items you have selected. Orders that are not confirmed within 24 hours may be subject to cancellation.

Please ensure that your contact number is correct and reachable, as the courier company will also use this number for delivery coordination. Providing an incorrect or unreachable number may result in order cancellation or delivery failure.

Wholesale Order COD Policy

For wholesale orders (7 or more pieces), COD is available within Pakistan. However, wholesale COD orders require a 20% advance payment before dispatch. The remaining 80% will be collected via COD upon delivery.

This advance payment can be sent via bank transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash. Our team will share the payment details once your order is confirmed. Please share the payment receipt on WhatsApp at +92 333 6676026 for order processing.

Delivery Issues & Non-Receipt

If your COD order is not delivered within the estimated time frame, or if the courier rider fails to deliver after multiple attempts, please contact us immediately. We will coordinate with the courier company to resolve the issue and ensure your order reaches you.

Please note that if a COD order is returned to our warehouse by the courier due to customer unavailability (three failed delivery attempts), the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping charges if they still want the order delivered.

Important Note

  • COD service is available across all cities in Pakistan.
  • MNM Production reserves the right to refuse or cancel any COD order suspected to be fraudulent.
  • Refund for returned COD orders will be processed via bank transfer only.
  • Any dispute regarding COD orders will be resolved as per our Return & Exchange Policy.
